Real-Time Digital Critical Asset Management System 

YOKE / RiConnect is a real-time Digital Management System for Critical Assets and Equipment, designed for cases requiring regulatory compliance, certification tracking, pre-use inspections, and maintenance monitoring.

The system offers a modern and efficient solution for digital equipment management, consisting of two core components: the hardware (tags) and the software (cloud platform).

Each tag is embedded with NFC technology, allowing users to gain instant access—via a simple scan using a mobile device—to a specially configured cloud-based database. This database securely stores all critical documents and information related to the specific equipment, such as technical manuals, maintenance instructions, repair history, certifications, and other relevant data. This system eliminates the need for paper documentation, significantly streamlining access to essential information for critical equipment.

Digital NFC Tags by YOKE 

YOKE’s NFC tags (BlueSupra series) provide a unique identifier (ID) for each product or piece of equipment they are attached to and used with. With embedded product details such as documentation, certifications, maintenance schedules, design plans, and pre-use checklists, these tags make all assets, products, and equipment information easily accessible and verifiable. Examples of applicable equipment include hooks and attachment/release points for safety equipment such as lifeboats, hooks on loading/deck cranes, equipment requiring calibration, all types of wire ropes, mooring lines, fire safety equipment, and more.

YOKE’s tags feature unique characteristics, ensuring durability and reliability over extended periods. They are made of high-strength stainless steel with exceptional resistance to oxidation, capable of operating underwater at depths of up to 6,000 meters and in temperatures ranging from -30⁰ to 125⁰ C. Additionally, they meet stringent standards, including US MIL-STD-810H, impact protection level IK10, and dust and water resistance rated at IP68.

RiConnect

RiConnect is a cloud-based SaaS platform for Critical Asset Management, requiring no software installation. It integrates RFID technology with mobile device access, enhancing asset tracking, pre-use inspections, and compliance with safety standards. The system ensures the safe use of equipment while adhering to industry standards and guidelines.
