At Pantechnic we have had the honor to serve as sales & service agents of AEC Maritime, later VDL AEC Maritime, since 2012 for the Greek and Cypriot shipping communities. We have successfully secured sales contracts for approximately 100 VDL AEC scrubber retrofits in the Greek market, gaining considerable experience, including:

• Concept design for 7 vessels, including the steel structure and all scrubber peripherals, such as pumps, piping, cabling, exhaust duct calculations and routing, seawater intake and effluent water discharge lines, dampers, valves, sensors, and more.
• Basic and detailed design for 5 vessels, including all outfitting requirements.
• Supervision of installation for 65 vessels.
• Startup and Commissioning for 77 vessels, including FormA, Form B /Seatrials.
• Service attendance for 53 vessels, including annual maintenance as well as unplanned attendances covering the full range of scrubber operations, from gas and water analyzers to nozzle upgrades, automation, and software issues.

We are privileged to possess the know-how and experience gained from over 1,700 man-days on board between 2018 and 2024, as well as direct support for over 112 VDL AEC scrubber installations at ports and shipyards worldwide.

With certified service engineers by VDL AEC Maritime and the respective exhaust gas analyzer manufacturers, Pantechnic are at your disposal to provide after-sales service for your SOx scrubber, including continuity of historical performance records and attendances to date.
